For teams & HR
More than another initiative to complete.
Make room for people to connect their work with the people it affects. Participation is a conversation, not a compliance target.
Start with people, not a participation rate.
Training attendance, engagement surveys and wellness subscriptions can have useful roles. They do not, by themselves, tell you what a person is experiencing in the working day.
The Harmonic Way approach asks each person to pay attention to whom they are serving, what that person is trying to do, and how they might help. It does not make the employee responsible for fixing unsafe workloads or poor organizational decisions.
Look for a change in an ordinary moment.
Start with a handover, a customer problem or a conversation that keeps going wrong. A question can be more useful than another instruction.
- Invite the person’s account of what matters.
- Ask what support or room to act would help.
- Return to what happened, without turning the conversation into a performance rating.
Agree the boundaries with participants.
Discuss suitability, voluntary participation, available access and the sponsor’s role with Dennis. Before any rollout, agree record access, reporting, consent and exit arrangements with the people involved.
This B page does not create team accounts, enroll employees or grant a manager access to a conversation. Use the executive case for the proposed pilot discussion; do not assume a team package or reporting promise from this page.
