For executive teams

Culture shows up in the next conversation.

A leadership initiative can set a direction. What happens between people is where that direction becomes real.

From an initiative to individual practice.

What continues when the workshop, culture deck or off-site is over? Harmonic Way’s focus is the individual encounter—a decision, a conversation, a chance to understand what someone else is trying to do.

This is the outward-looking practice Dennis calls the Service Paradox. The intended change in the leader comes through helping someone else’s progress, not through performing the appearance of leadership. It is an approach to try, not a guaranteed organizational result.

A → C → B: change through another person’s story.

Rather than making “be a better leader” the task, bring a real person and a real situation into focus.

  1. A — Notice where you are: your pressures, assumptions and priorities.
  2. C — Make room for their journey: ask about the challenge or change that matters to them.
  3. B — Notice what changes in your own leadership as you act, listen and return.

Discuss a pilot. Agree the details first.

The original proposal describes six to twelve leaders, individual orientation, Wayfinder access and direct discussion with Dennis. That is a starting point for a conversation—not an available package or a price quoted here.

Before anyone joins, agree participation, scope, duration, cost, renewal and exit terms. Review who can see conversation records, what the sponsor receives, and what each participant consents to. This page does not establish those permissions or promise blanket confidentiality.

Choose observable questions together: what changes in a meeting, a handover or a difficult decision? Do not treat private coaching conversations as a compliance score. No enrollment, booking or payment takes place here.

A role and a history, in each leader’s service.

Wayfinder’s IB combines a model performing the coaching role with relevant retained history. The aim is continuity and a correctable working story, not perfect memory or guaranteed insight.

It is not a replacement for human coaching, professional support or the organization’s responsibility to change working conditions. Available channels and time depend on the agreed service.

Choose what helps.

The approach, with room for questions.
