Workplace Transformation Guide / Request entrance

Explore the approach before proposing a program.

The Workplace Transformation Guide is the original organization-focused resource. It is separate from the Leadership Blind Spots guide for someone receiving feedback.

A guide is a starting point for discussion.

The original invitation describes the seven-element framework, workplace application, implementation and measurement. Its claims and examples still need to be considered in your own context.

Before a pilot, agree what participation means, who can see which information, what costs apply, and how people can decline or leave. A guide download does not establish those terms.

Know what the original form asks for.

The existing workplace-guide page asks for your name, work email and company. It describes guide delivery and follow-up about implementation. Read that invitation before providing information.

This B entrance does not submit a request or say that a guide has been emailed. The original form and download are separate steps. If delivery fails, use support rather than assuming a confirmation means the file arrived.

Keep reading separate from signing up.

You can browse Workplace Hope or the B research explanation without requesting the guide. Newsletter signup, an executive demo and individual coaching are separate choices.

Requesting information is not enrolling a team. Costs, participation and any access to people’s information need a separate, explicit agreement.

Choose what helps.

Keep the context in view.
