What am I paying for?
Time with Wayfinder, your software-based coach, and the services listed for your chosen plan. The coaching role and your conversation history help keep a continuing thread. That is not perfect recall or a guarantee that every interpretation is right.
Wayfinder is an IB—an Instantaneous Being brought together for your conversation. Coaching is not therapy or emergency support.
Do I need a membership to begin?
No. The one-time introduction stands on its own. It does not renew and does not add a book or kit. You can decide later whether you want a membership.
How do calls and minutes work?
The monthly allowance and maximum call length are shown for each plan. Calls use those minutes; choose your schedule from your account. Check your account for your current allowance and available time before calling.
If you need more time, or want to check rollover and allowance-reset details before buying, ask us. We don’t add an extra charge from this page.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe confirms the payment amount and billing period. The return page checks payment status. Then sign in with the phone number associated with checkout and confirm your access and minutes in the shared Wayfinder account.
How do I change or cancel a membership?
Use your account’s billing controls or contact us for help. Do not buy a second subscription here to change plans. Pausing coaching texts or replying STOP stops texts; it does not cancel a paid membership.

Can I read or practice first?
Yes. Explore how the approach works, read Isn’t the Acting Exhausting?, or look through the leadership kit. Books and kits have their own pages and are never automatically added to a coaching purchase.
